Getting Close
We've played about a half-dozen hands thus far since hand-for-hand play began, and so far have lost only one player. There are 120 players left.
The ladies event is generally known for featuring relatively more table talk than one hears during the other events. There's still a lot of conversation happening here -- particularly among players at those tables waiting to play the next hand -- but it is fair to say the overall mood in the room has understandably grown a tad more pensive.
Still a lot of noise, however, as there is a sizable rail -- at least as many watching as are playing, and perhaps more.
