Dong Dinged

Dean Schalkin opened from early position, and John Tolbert flatted. Big blind Jason Dong then shipped it in for 162,000. Schalkin folded, but Tolbert called with {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}. Dong needed help with {a-Spades}{j-Spades}. The {q-Spades}{9-Hearts}{8-Clubs} flop took away his ace outs but gave him a gutshot straight draw and backdoor flush draw. The {k-Spades} kept the sweat alive, but alas, the {k-Diamonds} on the river made a boat for Tolbert and sent Dong home early for the night. Tolbert added Dong's chips to his stack, which now sits at 440,000.
