A battle of the blinds ended badly for Yuegi Zhu. Sitting in the big blind, he called a raise from small blind Tony Merksick. Merksick bet all three streets on a board of . Zhu called behind each time. At showdown, Merksick's made a low and a small flush. Each was the winner.
Chino Rheem raised from middle position and Eugene Katchalov called from the small blind. The flop came down and Katchalov check-called a bet from Rheem. The turn added the to the board and Katchalov led out this round. Rheem called. The river was checked by both players after the fell.

"I'm playing so bad," he said. "I'm going to play any four cards and if I hit a pair you can't get me out."
Farha played the next hand along with michael Chow and John D'Agostino. On a flop of , Farha checked to Chow. His bet was called in turn by D'Agostino and Farha.

We have our bubble boy. Dale Phillips was all in pre-flop for his last 16,000 and called by Eugene Katchalov and Jean Robert Bellande. They both checked a flop. Bellande bet the turn and the river. Katchalov called the turn bet but folded to the river bet.
At showdown for the main pot, Bellande showed , a full house, jacks full of sevens. It was way good against Phillips' .
The clock, having reached the end of the level a short time, has been paused while hand-for-hand play continued. Now that the bubble has burst, the field is re-drawing and the clock will be re-started. We'll have the new draw momentarily.
