Giang Knocks Out Opponent

Chau Giang had his opponent in Seat 4 all in on a flop of {8-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}. Seat 4 showed {J-Spades}{7-Spades} and was apparently on a bluff. Giang had him in bad shape with {A-Diamonds}{A-Hearts}.

The {K-Hearts} on the turn gave Giang the pot and increased his stack to around 3,500. Seat 4 was officially eliminated when the {4-Hearts} was put out on the river for good measure.

André Akkari

When we arrived at the table the board read {8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{7-Clubs} and there were about 2,000 chips in the pot.

A player in late position fired a 225-chip bet and popped it to 600. The initial raiser moved all in and the Team PokerStars Pro from Brazil called for less, about 2,500 chips.

Showdown
Akkari: {7-Spades}{10-Spades}
Opponent: {a-Spades}{6-Clubs}

The river card was the {q-Hearts} and Akkari is now up to 7,500 chips.

With 600 chips already in the pot the flop ran out {2-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{9-Hearts}. Leo Margets checked in the big blind, A player in middle position fired a 450-chip bet and another one in late position re-popped it to 1,200. Margets moved all in for an additional 625 chips, the initial raiser folded and the player in late position called.

Showdown
Margets: {k-Hearts}{7-Hearts}
Late Position: {9-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}

The turn card was a {8-Clubs} and the river brought a {3-Diamonds} to the felt, and Margets is out of the tournament.
