Team PokerStars Pro: Brazil's Humberto Brenes and his tablemate, Team Online Pro member George Lind, have been mixing it up with each other all night. They went heads up to a raised flop that fell

. Brenes checked, and Lind checked behind. The
turn completed every draw in the book, and Brenes check-called 2,000. It was back to check-check when the board paired with the
river. Brenes showed
for top three pair, but Lind's

gave him a baby flush to win the hand.
A few minutes later, they were heads up again on an

flop. Brenes checked, and Lind bet 3,500. Brenes check-raised for the size of the pot, and after some thought, Lind gave in to the power of the shark. Brenes is currently working with 37,000 while Lind is on 24,000.
Reversing a bad run starts one hand at a time. Statistics haven't been kind to Eric Froehlich this summer, but there is still time to reverse his luck. The flop came out

, and EFro checked. Alexander Kostritsyn potted, and after two players behind him folded, the action was back to Froehlich. He moved all in for slightly more, and Kostritsyn called.
Froehlich:

for a set of ladies
Kostritsyn:

for top pair, top kicker and a backdoor club draw
The
on the turn had EFro wondering if this was going to be one more runner-runner elimination, but the
river was safe. After the stacks were counted, he had Kostritsyn slightly covered. The Russian headed home while Froehlich is up to 26,000.
Edit: Oops. One step forward, two steps back. Froehlich is no longer with us.
With a short-stacked player all-in for his last 9,450 on a flop of

, Men "The Master" Nguyen and Mikhail Smirnov made the call.
The
hit the turn and both players checked to see the
repeat on the river. Nguyen checked and Smirnov fired 15,000 into the dry side pot. Nguyen quickly called and Smirnov showed

for a full house.
Nguyen jumped from his chair like he'd seen a ghost as he angrily slammed

down onto the table.
"I had a set and a flush draw! He could only catch the queen!" shouted Nguyen. "I didn't raise him because he had a big stack!"
Nguyen slips to 65,000 while Smirnov stacks up 120,000.
A little while ago, eleven-time WSOP bracelet winner Phil Hellmuth sent out the following Tweet to his followers:
"Fatigue and stress are HUGE factors for me at WSOP. Completely burned out + needed a day off, so showing up for PLO event at 12:01 am!!"
True to his word, Hellmuth has taken his seat in this field for the final two levels of play. He's seated with Vivek Rajkumar, JC Tran, Kathy Liebert and Jose Nacho Barbero.
The players are back in their seats with two more levels to play this evening before we call it a morning.
Level: 7
Blinds: 250/500
Ante: 0
The players are now taking their final twenty-minute break of the day.
Frank Kassela has been a multi-tabling machine since winning his second bracelet, since he'd really like to win Player of the Year. Kassela's stack has been blinding off most of the evening while he focuses on the $25k six-max shootout. But he ran over on their 20-minute break to tend to his stack. He got his 24,000 in on an

flop against on opponent.
Kassela:

Opponent:

.
The
on the turn was no help to Kassela, but the
fell on the river to give him a flush. "How could I not go with it?" he asked. "Do you know how I've been running this month? He was drawing dead." With that, Kassela is up to 61,050 and back to the $25k. Must be nice.
Max Pescatori has been sent to the rail but not after putting up a valiant fight. Pescatori was first crippled in a hand where the chips went into the middle on the turn on a board of

.
Pescatori held

for two pair and two flush draws but his opponent revealed

for the straight. Pescatori didn't improve on the
river and he was left crippled.
Pescatori did manage a double up a few minutes later by flopping trip nines against Andy Black, but his comeback was short-lived as Pescatori was all in preflop against Dave "DevilFish" Ulliott.
Pescatori:

Ulliott:

The board fell

and Ulliott flopped two pair and improved to a full house on the river to send Pescatori to the exit.
