Ziyard Takes One From Gyarmati

Level 16 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante

From under the gun Gabor Gyarmati opened for 7,000 and Zimnan Ziyard called along with the player in the small blind. The flop came {4-Clubs} {3-Diamonds} {6-Spades} and all three players checked. The turn came {3-Hearts}, the small blind checked, Gyarmati bet 14,000, Ziyard called and the small blind tanked for a short while. He calculated what he could raise but then folded.

The river came {J-Clubs} and both players checked. Gyarmati showed {A-} {4-} for a pair of fours and Ziyard had pocket queens, which took the hand.

Wood Cooked by Lamb

Catching the action with the board reading {4-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{J-Diamonds}, Ben Lamb pushed out a bet of 70,000 into his opponent Cory Wood.

After nearly three minutes in the tank, a player called time, and with the clock counting down Wood committed slightly more then Lamb's bet. Lamb made the call tabling his {A-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} to be in the lead against Wood's {K-Hearts}{K-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}.

When the river landed the {2-Hearts}, Wood was forced to exit to the rail as Lamb moved to roughly 320,000 in chips.

Jaatinen KO'd

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 0 ante

Tsubasa Manabe opened with a raise only to have Jussi Jaatinen move all in for 27,500. Carsten Joh four-bet to 40,000 only to have Manabe move all in for around 160,000. Joh deliberated for nearly two minutes before kicking his cards to the muck.

Jaatinen: {A-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}{K-Clubs}
Manabe: {A-Diamonds}{A-Spades}{J-Hearts}{5-Clubs}

The board was spread {K-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{J-Spades} to see Jaatinen hit the rail as Manabe moves to 230,000 in chips.

Scott Holds to Double

On a {6-Hearts}{A-Hearts}{8-Clubs} flop, Austin Scott found himself all in for his last 31,500 against Joshua Gibson.

Scott: {A-Spades}{Q-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}
Gibson: {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{5-Hearts}

Fortunately for Scott, the turn and river landed the {K-Clubs} and {Q-Diamonds} to ensure Scott the double to just under 80,000 as Gibson slides back down to 360,000 in chips.
