Bleznick's Boots Were NOT Made For Walkin'

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

Just before the the three-table redraw, Jared Bleznick was given a walk while his friend Ben Lamb was watching the table. He said jokingly to Lamb, "Look at this, they're giving me walks!" He then tabled {q-Spades}{8-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{2-Hearts}.

Lamb laughed and responded, "You probably don't even want walks," to which Bleznick agreed. He then told the table, and specifically the media, that he plays so well post flop that he actually, truly, does not want people to give him a walk when he is the big blind. So far on Day 3, he has definitely backed up his words. He has easily been the most aggressive player at his table, raising just about every other hand preflop.

From under the gun, Sam Stein raised to 27,000. Cory Wood made the call from middle position and then Mike McDonald reraised all in for 94,000 from late position. Stein called and then Wood reraised the pot. Stein folded and it was just McDonald and Wood heads up.

McDonald: {A-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}
Wood: {K-Hearts}{K-Spades}{J-Clubs}{9-Clubs}

The flop, turn and river ran out {K-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{9-Hearts} to give Wood a full house and send McDonald to the rail in 32nd place.

Glantz Doubles Through Kelopuro

On the {J-Clubs}{6-Spades}{3-Spades} flop, Sami Kelopuro bet 37,000 and Matt Glantz raised to 130,000. Kelopuro made the call and the turn was the {3-Clubs}. Kelopuro potted it and that was enough to have Glantz and his 153,000 covered. Glantz made the call.

Glantz turned over the {8-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} for a full house, sixes over jacks. Kelopuro held the {A-Spades}{Q-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{10-Clubs} for two pair and a flush draw. The river completed the board with the {8-Spades} and Glantz was able to double through.
