Esquevin Four-Bets and Shuts Down

Level 24 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Darryl Ronconi opened to 55,000 from late position, and Jim Routos three-bet to 125,000. In the small blind, Arnaud Esquevin cold four-bet to 250,000. That folded Ronconi out of the way, but Routos made the call to see a flop.

It came out {J-Diamonds} {2-Spades} {4-Diamonds}, and Esquevin slowed down now with a check. Routos took his cue to fire 230,000 at the pot, and Esquevin folded showing {A-} {K-}.
