Mozhnyakov First To 300K

Aleksandr Mozhnyakov

Aleksandr Mozhnyakov returned from dinner break with 277,100 and within 30 minutes had that up to about 340,000. He's taken a hit down to about 320,000, but still appears to be the only player in the field with a stack of more than 300,000.

Most recently, he raised to 2,200 from middle position and was called by the player in the big blind. The {K-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{2-Clubs} flop was checked by both, leading to the {9-Spades} on the turn. The big blind bet 3,000, quickly getting called by Mozhnyakov. When the {2-Hearts} hit the river, the big blind bet 17,700. Mozhnyakov called, but mucked when the big blind tabled {Q-Hearts}{J-Hearts} for a straight.

Mozhnyakov took a small hit, but is still having a terrific Day 2a.
