Tran Dodges Bullet

Level 6 : 250/500, 50 ante

An early position raiser opened for 1,300 and Theo Tran called behind him. John Procopion was to Tran's left and reraised to 4,000. The original raiser folded but Tran called.

The flop came {3-Clubs} {Q-Spades} {6-Spades}, Tran checked and Procopion moved all in for under 30,000. Tran went deep in the tank shuffling and reshuffling his chips. The other players got a little restless and started to stand and mill around the table. Tran apologized for taking so long telling them, "I have a real hand here."

Following a deep sigh Tran tossed his cards to the muck and Procopion tabled {Q-Diamonds} {Q-Hearts} to show the table.

"Wow, gladi I didn't call," Tran said.
