Erick Lindgren made the difficult decision to break a jack when all-in and faced with an opponent who stood pat. It turned out to be the right decision and he sneaked in a double-up.
Michael Smith raised to 4,600 from the cut-off and called, and then stood pat, when Lindgren three-bet all in for 22,200 from the button.
Smith opened his pat but just lost out to his Lindgren's - .
Over on the next table Michael Mizrachi called a chunky bet from Ryan Tepen and mucked upon seeing the latter's 4x].
In many games that title would mean the player would've won the pot, but not today. Richard Castro is down to just 12,400 chips after just losing an important pot for his stack.
Castro raised to 4,000 from the cutoff after which Cantu made it 15,000 to go from the button. Both blinds folded and Castro tanked for a bit before making the call.
Castro drew one card, Cantu stood pat.
After receiving his card Castro decided to check and Cantu followed his action quickly.
"Straight," Castro said sounding disappointing as he showed his {4}. Cantu turned over and raked in another pot.
Hasan Habib is no longer in the event. While we were following the action in the pot between Andrew Lichtenberger, Erick Lindgren and Rep Porter there was a bustout on the other table. Habib was the victim and we are down to 19 players.
Andrew Lichtenberger raised under the gun to 3,000, and he got called by two players. Erick Lindgren called from the cutoff while Rep Porter did the same from the big blind.
All three players took one card.
Porter checked to Lichtenberger who fired out a hefty 12,000 chip bet which send Lindgren into the tank. After a while he made the call and Porter called rather quickly as well.
"Eight-seven," Lichtenberger announced and both his opponents mucked when he showed .
Jennifer Harman was under the gun +1 and openend the pot to 3,000 after which her left neighbor, Mark Johns, moved all in for 15,000 chips. Konstantin Puchkov tanked for a bit on the button before releasing, and both blinds quickly folded.
Harman took 20 seconds and called after which she decided to stay pat. Johns had a very tough decision, but after almost a minute he decided to draw one card.

Mark Johns
Johns was drawing dead since his hand couldn't improve to a better hand than Harman's. To close things out he hit another and left the tournament.
