Aron The First To Seven Figures

Michael Aron is sitting on a stack of about 1,130,000 after sending yet another player to the rail.

A series of raises preflop led to his opponent all in for about 170,000 with {K-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}. Aron held {10-Spades}{10-Hearts} and took the lead when the flop came down {10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}. While his opponent picked up a flush draw, it never came as the {A-Clubs} turn and {9-Clubs} river gave the pot to Aron.

Phillips Picks Off Cajelais

Thomas Miller opened the action with a bet to 18,000 and was quickly called by Erik Cajelais from the cutoff. Thomas Phillips pushed out a three-bet to 38,000 from the small blind and it folded back to Miller who shook his head and mucked. Cajelais opted to tag along, however.

The dealer showed the two a flop of {8-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{Q-Spades} and Cajelais checked. Phillips continued out for 33,000 and Phillips grabbed a handful of chips while announcing a raise. Cajelais made it 90,000 to go.

After about twenty seconds, Phillips announced that he was all in and Cajelais hand snapped into the muck.

We caught up to the action to see 120,000 being pushed into the middle each from both Carter Phillips and JC Tran. Thomas Miller opted to get out of the way, only committing about 60,000 on the flop. The board read {7-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{6-Spades} and Phillips and Tran both saw a turn of {5-Diamonds}.

Phillips wasted no time putting a bet of 145,000 in the middle and JC Tran went into the tank for over five minutes. The clock was called on him and about thirty seconds into his time bank Tran meekly moved his cards into the muck.

The huge pot was pushed the way of Carter Phillips who is sitting on about 660,000.
