The flop came down {10-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} and Hellmuth checked dark. Gruissem bet 475,000 and Helluth called.

The turn was the {2-Spades} and Hellmuth checked dark again. Gruissem checked behind.

On the river the {6-Spades} showed up, and now Hellmuth bet. He fired out 280,000 and Gruissem folded his cards. Hellmuth is back in good shape while Gruissem is slipping a little.

Bulychev Folds to Esfandiari's River Shove

Ilya Bulychev was in the big blind when he check-called a 425,000-chip bet from Antonio Esfandiari who was in the cutoff. The flop read {A-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} at that point, and the turn was the {9-Clubs}.

Bulychev checked once more and Esfandiari bet 810,000. Bulychev tanked and called.

The river was the {4-Diamonds} and Bulychev checked a third time. Esfandiari moved all in and the Russian player had to decided for his tournament life. He tanked for about four minutes before giving up his hand.

Gruissem Cracks Hellmuth's Aces

The flop came down {10-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} and both players checked. The turn was the {7-Spades} and Hellmuth bet 325,000. Gruissem raised it up to 850,000 and Hellmuth snap-called.

The river was the {2-Clubs} and Gruissem fired out 1,700,000. Hellmuth was not happy, but after tanking for a while he made the call showing {A-Clubs}{A-Hearts}. Gruissem had {J-Clubs}{8-Clubs} and his flush took down this big pot! Hellmuth was steaming again as his pocket aces got cracked while Gruissem jumps up on the leader board.

From early position in the under-the-gun-plus-one position, Tom Marchese raised to 325,000. David Einhorn called from the hijack seat and then action folded to chip leader Antonio Esfandiari in the big blind. Esfandiari reraised and made it 1.275 million to go. Both Marchese and Einhorn folded to give Esfandiari the pot.
