On fourth street, Vengrin checked, Lewis bet, and only Tatalovich called. Lewis slowed down, check-calling a bet on fifth, and then the Brit check-folded to a bet on sixth.
A short-stacked Jason Mercier committed his last chips on sixth street. Mike Leah called with for a flush, while Mercier showed for a low draw. Mercier squeezed his seventh street card, announcing it was 50/50, but turned over a and was eliminated.
Tadros called the bring in, Bojang completed, and only Tadros called. Tadros check-called a bet on fourth, both players checked on fifth, and Bojang checked on sixth. Tadros bet.
At this point both players were standing to study one another's board. Joseph Hertzog, another "stander" who just joined the table, was on his feet as well. With so many players standing, the tournament director stalked over to see if he needed to make a ruling or if anything interesting was going on. Members of the rail began leaning in as well.
Bojang finally picked up his two downcards, looked at them one last time, and mucked them.
"I'll show one," Tadros said with a grin before flipping over the .
"Two fours?" the German asked him, puzzled. "What could you have?"

We caught up with the action on fifth street, where an unknown player in the one seat bet, and only Greenstein called. Greenstein made a better board on sixth, leading out, and the player called. Both players knuckled on seventh, and the player in the one seat tabled for a pair of tens.
Greenstein had that beat with for a pair of aces, and scooped the pot.
We arrived at the end of the hand, but were able to gather the cards on Phil Hellmuth's final hand.

Leah's aces up were better than Hellmuth's kings up. Leah pulled the on seventh street leaving Hellmuth an outside shot at winning, but the offered him no help, ending his run in 42nd place.
This event marked Hellmuth's 99th career WSOP cash.

Johnson, a member of the Poker Hall of Fame, was all in for 8,600 on third street when we arrived at the table. Hertzog and Fu battle for the side pot on the ensuing streets, as Fu called a bet on fourth then check-called three more on fifth, sixth, and seventh.
Hertzog showed for just a pair of aces, and Fu scooped the side pot with for a straight and a low, and Johnson took down half of the main pot with for a flush.
We reached the table on fifth street, where the action checked to Paez who bet. Both Hertzog and Chu both called, and Paez checked on sixth when he made the best board. Chu checked as well, Hertzog bet, and only Paez called.
Paez check-called one last bet on seventh, then mucked when Hertzog opened up for two pair and a low.
The action was capped on third street as each player committed 12,500. Bowker was all in for another 2,100 on fourth street before Golestani bet the third player out of the pot on fifth.
Bowker tabled for kings, ahead of Golestani's for jacks. Bowker caught the and on sixth and seventh, not improving any further. Nor did Golestani, who caught the and , securing the pot for Bowker.
We reached the table on fifth street, where Logue bet out. Mercier raised, Logue called, and then the two checked on sixth and seventh. Logue opened up for tens without a low, and Mercier frowned before tossing his hand into the muck.
