Kevin Song
Kevin Song

Robert Tepper raised to 17,000 from the cutoff, Kevin Song reraised to 40,000 out of the big blind and Tepper moved all in for effectively 208,000. Song called.

Tepper: {9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}
Song: {4-Clubs}{4-Spades}

Song spiked a four on a flop of {k-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}, taking the lead with a set and he dodged a nine on both the turn ({7-Hearts}) and the river ({a-Spades}).

Tepper dropped down to 250,000 chips, while Song doubled to 425,000.

Selbst Raises Turn

Level 16 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

Brian Green opened to 21,000 from the button only to have Vanessa Selbst three-bet to 48,000 from the big blind. Green called and the two took a flop of {6-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}. Selbst checked the flop and Green tapped the table back.

The {7-Hearts} dropped down on fourth street and Selbst checked for a second time. Green pushed out 42,000 and Selbst came over the top for 118,000 total. Green quickly let his hand go and Selbst was pushed the pot.

The two-time WSOP bracelet winner is now sitting on about 860,000 in chips.

Counts from Table 347

Level 16 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

This Ain't the Brady Bunch

Level 16 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

Action folded to Richard Lyndaker on the button and he raised to 16,000. The small blind folded, and then Mike Brady announced that he was all in from the big. Lyndaker had 188,000 total, and called it off after thinking about it for a minute.

Lyndaker: {k-Clubs}{q-Spades}
Brady: {10-Spades}{8-Spades}

Lyndaker got it in good, but things were looking bleak when the flop fell {10-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{3-Hearts}. Brady managed to pair his ten, and one of his railbirds, Doug "WCGRider" Polk, was quite excited. However, his enthusiasm was short lived as the dealer burned and turned the {K-Diamonds} to give Lyndaker back the lead.

The {J-Hearts} river changed nothing, and Lyndaker doubled while Brady was left with just 40,000 after the hand.
