Grinder Mucks

Level 9 : 600/1,200, 0 ante

After an early open to 2,600 and a call, Michael Mizrachi raised to 12,200 on the button. Both players called and they saw a {6-Spades}{4-Spades}{10-Diamonds} flop. Mizrachi bet 30,500. Only the early player called and he came out blasting with 99,400 on the {j-Diamonds} turn.

Mizrachi bowed out.

Longfellow Eliminated in Four-Way Pot

Level 9 : 600/1,200, 0 ante

Karen Longfellow limped in under the gun and shoved when the next player raised to 5,400 and got two calls. The raiser jammed over for 12,000 and everyone saw a board of {4-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{q-Spades} that checked through.

"I guess I win," said a player in early position, rolling over {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{9-Clubs}.

Longfellow mucked {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} and hit the exit.

Joe Ingram
Joe Ingram

Joey Ingram checked from the big blind, a player in early position checked, and a third player fired 4,000 on {k-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{5-Spades}. Ingram called and the third player mucked. The turn brought a {4-Hearts} and two checks and the river the {7-Diamonds}. Ingram checked and his opponent bet 9,000.

Ingram thought about 30 seconds and dropped in what appeared to be a reluctant call. However, his opponent grimaced and announced a set. Ingram seemed surprised and showed {j-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} for a jack-high flush.

"What are you bluffing me with?" Ingram said with a laugh, seeing {k-}{k-}.

"Thought you might get away from a straight. You tank-called a flush so..."

"That's true," Ingram said with a laugh.

Level 9 : 600/1,200, 0 ante

With about 27,000 in the pot, Scott Bohlman thought awhile and bet 22,000 from the big blind on {q-Spades}{9-Spades}{4-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{a-Hearts}. Anthony Zinno, on his left, was his lone opponent. The former $25K PLO High Roller champ thought for about 30 seconds and released.
