Schiff Makes McClain Fold

Level 4 : 75/150, 25 ante

The board read {9-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} and there was around 6,000 in the middle.

Justin McClain bet 3,500 from the big blind and Emile Schiff called from under the gun.

The {q-Hearts} completed the board on the river and now McClain checked. Schiff bet 8,000 to put McClain all-in as he had 7,050 in front of him. McClain looked at his cards again and hesitated for a bit but then opted to fold his hand.

Split Pot for Baldwin

Level 4 : 75/150, 25 ante

The flop read {7-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and James Clifford (big blind) check-called the 350 bet of Eric Baldwin on the button.

They both checked through the {7-Clubs} on the turn to the {k-Diamonds} on the river. Clifford bet 1,000 without any hesitation. Baldwin glanced at the board and called. Clifford showed the {9-Spades} for two pair, nines and sevens, with the king-kicker on the board. Baldwin tabled {9-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} for the same hand to split the pot.

The turn fell {8-Diamonds} and Pavlyuchuk check-called 3,000 before the {3-Hearts} river filled up a flush draw. Both players checked and Gfell announced top two, rolling over {Q-Clubs}{J-Spades}. Pavlyuchuk, however, had him beat as he flopped the bottom set with {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}.
