From the cutoff, Julien Martini opened with a raise to 4,500. Dan Smith three-bet on the button to 14,000. Action folded back to Martini who called.

The flop was {10-Clubs}{9-Spades}{3-Spades} and Martini checked. Smith put out a bet of 10,000 and Martini called.

The turn was the {K-Diamonds} and Martini checked again. Smith tanked through one time extension before he checked back.

On the {10-Hearts} river, Martini moved all in for about 120,500 effective, what was left of Smith's stack. Smith immediately through in one time extension, knowing this was going to take some thought. He tanked through the rest of the extension then used a second. As time was about to run out on his second extension, Smith released his hand and Martini took down the pot.
