Adams Doubles Through Vogelsang

Level 9 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Action was on the river with around 170,000 in the pot. The board was {Q-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{J-Spades}{2-Diamonds} and Christoph Vogelsang was first to act from the small blind. He moved all in with a covering stack over Timothy Adams who had 169,000. Adams called and showed his {Q-Hearts}{2-Spades} for a full house. Vogelsang was forced to turn over his hand as well and he showed {4-Clubs}{5-Clubs} for a stone bluff. Adams was able to double to over 500,000 while Vogelsang was left with just 50,000 chips after the hand.

Negreanu Lays it Down

Level 9 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Daniel Negreanu bet 12,000 on the {9-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} turn and Cary Katz called. The river was the {3-Hearts} and Negreanu bet 42,000.

The clock ticked down on Katz, who threw out not one but two time extensions. "Take two," he said, "so I don't have to worry about it."

Just before he needed to use a third timebank chip, he raised to 42,000.

"What the fuck!" said Negreanu. "You trying to bluff me because you now know that's a thing?"

Negreanu used a time extension of his own before folding.

"$100 says that's a bluff," tablemate Ben Lamb said to Katz. "In fact, I'm just going to give it to you!"

On a {j-Spades}{3-Spades}{q-Spades}{a-Spades}{k-Clubs} board, Isaac Haxton checked to Michael Addamo who moved all in with 300,000 chips in the middle already, putting Haxton to the test.

Haxton used up a time extension before calling. Addamo showed {a-Hearts}{8-Hearts} for a pair of aces, while Haxton showed {j-Hearts}{10-Hearts} for a straight and doubled up his 238,000 stack.

Black Sends Vogelsang Three Time Extensions Deep into the Tank

Level 8 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Taylor Black opened in late position with a raise to 15,000. Dietrich Fast called in the small blind before Christoph Vogelsang made it 90,000 from the big blind. Black called while Fast folded quickly.

The flop was {K-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}{2-Spades} and Vogelsang led out with a bet of 58,000. Black called.

The turn was the {2-Hearts} and both players checked to see the {A-Diamonds} on the river. There, Vogelsang checked again. Black put out a bet of 100,000. Vogelsang tanked through three-time extensions, worth a minute and a half of time, before finally folding and allowing Black to take down the pot.

The turn was the {5-Spades} and Kaverman checked to Ziegler who used a time extension before betting 70,000. Haxton called and Kaverman folded.

The river was the {2-Spades} and Ziegler bet 110,000. Haxton called and Ziegler showed {a-Spades}{4-Spades} for a flush, and Haxton mucked.
