Tony Miles
Tony Miles

Hand #40: Tony Miles opened to 1,800,000 from under the gun and Michael Dyer called from the cutoff. The flop came {a-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{5-Spades} and Miles led out for 2,500,000. Dyer made the call and the {9-Hearts} landed on the turn.

Miles checked this time and Dyer threw in a bet of 5,200,000. Miles gave it some brief thought but sent his cards to the muck, sending the pot to Dyer.

Hand #41: Joe Cada raised to 1,700,000 from the cutoff and Miles defended his big blind. The flop fell {9-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{3-Clubs} and Miles checked to Cada who continued for 2,200,000. Miles called to see the {3-Diamonds} pair the board on the turn.

Miles checked again and Cada fired another 5,300,000 into the pot. Miles still called and the {9-Clubs} hit the river. Miles led out this time for 7,800,000 and Cada sent his cards to the muck.

Level 37 : 400,000/800,000, 100,000 ante
Artem Metalidi
Artem Metalidi

Hand #37: Artem Metalidi shoved all in for 6,225,000 in early position and the action folded around to Aram Zobian who re-shipped all in from the small blind. Michael Dyer folded his big blind and the cards went on their backs.

Artem Metalidi: {5-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}
Aram Zobian: {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}

The flop came {6-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} giving Metalidi a set of fives and Zobian a flush draw. The turn brought the {k-Clubs} and Metalidi would need to dodge a diamond to stay alive. The river was the {4-Diamonds} and Zobian made his flush to eliminate Metalidi in eighth place.

Hand #34: Zobian Doubles Through Dyer

Level 37 : 400,000/800,000, 100,000 ante
Aram Zobian
Aram Zobian

Hand #34: Aram Zobian shipped all in for 10,675,000 in early position and Michael Dyer called directly to his left. The rest of the table folded and the remaining two hands were tabled.

Aram Zobian: {a-Spades}{8-Spades}
Michael Dyer: {6-Spades}{6-Hearts}

It was a coin flip with Zobian needing to connect with the board to stay alive. The flop came {j-Spades}{10-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} and Dyer stayed in front with a pair of sixes. The {2-Diamonds} on the turn was no help to Zobian but the {8-Hearts} on the river was exactly what he was looking for. Zobian made a pair of eights to double up through Dyer.

Hands #32-33: Dyer Takes From Cynn

Level 37 : 400,000/800,000, 100,000 ante

Hand #32: Michael Dyer opened the action with a raise to 1,600,000 in the cutoff and John Cynn came along from the big blind. The flop came {10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} and Cynn checked, Dyer bet 1,275,000, and Cynn check-raised to 2,550,000 in order to pick up a call.

After the {J-Hearts} turn, Cynn gave it some consideration and bet 2,700,000, Dyer called, and the duo headed to the {3-Clubs} river. Both players checked and Cynn turned over the {9-Clubs}{6-Clubs} for a busted straight draw, while Dyer dragged in the pot with the {Q-Clubs}{10-Spades} for tens and eights.

Hand #33: Cynn limped in from the small blind and Alex Lynskey checked his option from the big blind, which resulted in a flop of {A-Hearts}{J-Spades}{5-Hearts}. Cynn bet 800,000 and Lynskey let go.
