Last Woman Standing Wheeler Falls To Wong

Level 23 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Amanda Wheeler, a Bellagio Dealer whose husband Leon, Poker Room Manager at the Wynn also cashed this event, jammed for 150,000 from middle position, and Justin Wong called in the big blind.

Amanda Wheeler: {a-Spades}{5-Clubs}
Justin Wong: {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}

The {5-Spades}{2-Hearts}{3-Spades} flop hit Wheeler, and she looked primed to double after the {3-Hearts} turn. The {q-Spades} river brought Wong a pair of queens, and the last woman standing in the tournament made her exit.

Brown Falls To Cardenas

Level 23 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Marco Brown jammed for 210,000 from the hijack, and Miguel Cardenas called on the button.

Marco Brown: {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs}
Miguel Cardenas: {9-Diamonds}{9-Spades}

The {7-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} flop kept Cardenas in front, and the {10-Spades} turn gave him a straight. Brown could only hope to chop, but the {5-Clubs} river ended his tournament.

Phillips Takes Out Three Players in One Hand

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

All players got up from their seats and the room got a lot louder. It turned out that Darrin Phillips was a favorite to eliminate three players in just one hand. The players involved were Jason Eisele, Russell Corpis, Jose Zaragoza, and Phillips.

Darrin Phillips: {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}
Jason Eisele: {a-Spades}{q-Clubs}
Russell Corpis: {7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}
Jose Zaragoza: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}

The board fell {9-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{2-Spades}{5-Hearts}{6-Clubs} and Phillips took down three of his opponent while scooping a big pot.

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Patrick Chung raised to 45,000 from middle position, then snapped off a three-bet shove for 95,000 from Marco Brown in the big blind.

Patrick Chung: {10-Clubs}{9-Hearts}
Marco Brown: {a-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}

Patrick Chung Takes from Cardenas

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Three of the biggest stacks in the tournament are on table 401 and one of them just got a whole lot richer.

The {j-Spades}{8-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{7-Spades} board was on the table and there was about 500,000 in the middle. Miguel Cardenas checked from the cutoff and button Patrick Chung decided it was time to pull the trigger when he announced that he was all-in.

Cardenas tanked for multiple minutes before he got the clock called on him by Chung. A person from the floor staff arrived at the table and the thirty-second clock started running. It took about ten seconds for Cardenas to fold his cards.

Chung took down a significant pot and he is now the chip leader of the tournament.

McLoughlin Cracks Kings To Double Again

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Steven McLoughlin jammed for 250,000 from the hijack, and Miguel Cardenas called on the button.

Steven McLoughlin: {4-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}
Miguel Cardenas: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}

McLoughlin spiked a set on the {4-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} flop, and held on the {6-Spades} turn and {q-Diamonds} river, prompting a "Woo hoo!" from a smiling McLoughlin.

"Watch out guys, I'm dangerous again!" McLoughlin told the table.
