Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better

There were three players in the pot on a flop reading {j-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}. Alex Livingston checked from the big blind, Gerard Rechnitzer checked in the hijack, and Michael Coombs checked from the button. The turn came {8-Spades} and Livingston bet.
