Deeb Wheeling

Level 17 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better

From the button Shaun Deeb was involved in a hand with Mike Krescanko. Deeb bet each street as the board ran out {j-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{a-Spades} and Krescanko called each time. Deeb announced "wheel" and turned over {6-Spades}{6-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{2-Spades} to confirm the best hand to scoop the pot as Krescanko mucked.

Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better

Jerome Zerbib was all in from the button for his last 8,000 on a flop of {5-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{7-Spades} with Kristy Means and Shaun Deeb each having two bets in front of them from the cutoff and button, respectively.

The dealer raked in the main pot and Means and Deeb were set to continue for a side pot. The turn came {9-Hearts} and Means checked. Deeb bet and Means looked back at her cards before calling off her remaining 8,000 and all three players turned over their cards.

Kristy Means: {a-Spades}{8-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}
Shaun Deeb: {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{5-Hearts}
Jerome Zerbib: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{9-Spades}{6-Spades}

The river came {j-Clubs} and Deeb took down the entire pot with a set of kings as no low hand qualified.

Hampton Below Four Big Bets

Level 17 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better

Jesse Hampton opened with a raise from the button and Andrey Zaichenko defended his big blind. The flop came {5-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{7-Spades} and Zaichenko checked. Hampton continuation-bet and Zaichenko called.

The turn came {8-Hearts} and both players checked. Zaichenko then bet on the {8-Clubs} river and Hampton took about a minute to think about his decision, look at his cards, and count his stack before folding his hand and leaving himself with less than four big bets.

Quad Aces Splits Pot

Level 16 : 6,000/12,000, 1,500 ante

Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo 8 or Better

Jon Turner {x-}{x-} / {7-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{6-Clubs} / {x-}
Michael Thompson {x-}{x-} / {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds} / {x-}
Kirk Oshiro {x-}{x-} / {5-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} / {x-}

A huge pot was already in the middle after sixth street in a hand contested between three players. On the river. Oshiro bet and was called by both opponents. Thompson flipped over {a-Spades}{2-Clubs}{q-Clubs} for quad aces to crush the high hand while Oshiro showed {5-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} for the winning low. Oshiro remarked how he was one card away from a straight flush over quads situation. Turner mucked his hand as Oshiro and Thompson chopped up the mound of chips.

Xue Takes Deeb To Value Town

Level 16 : 6,000/12,000, 1,500 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better

Shaun Deeb raised from middle position and was called by Emmy Xue in the small blind. The flop came {3-Clubs}{3-Spades}{8-Spades} and Xue led out. Deeb called. The turn was {9-Hearts} and Xue bet out again, getting another call from Deeb. The river came {j-Diamonds} and Xue fired another shell. Deeb looked her up and was not on the correct end of the results with his call.

Xue tabled {a-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} for three treys and Deeb mucked, saying he had a big hand but not as big as Xue's.
