More for Dudley; Fuhs Busts Kolosov

Level 16 : 3,000/6,000, 0 ante

In the last hand before the dinner break, Tobias Ziegler was spotted in action on a {k-Clubs}{6-Spades}{4-Hearts}{j-Clubs} turn and bet 90,000. Dash Dudley raised to 300,000 and Ziegler double-checked his cards before sending them into the muck.

One table over, the flop showed {q-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{8-Spades} and Maksim Kolosov was all in from the button with the {j-Clubs}{10-Spades}{9-Clubs}{8-Clubs} for the nut straight. Daniel Fuhs turned over {q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{4-Spades}{3-Spades} for top set and the flush draw, and the {7-Clubs} turn and {7-Diamonds} river run out sent Kolosov to the rail.

Burford Busts in Three-Way All In

Level 16 : 3,000/6,000, 0 ante

On a four-way flop of {9-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{4-Clubs}, Mark Burford was all in for 81,000 on the button and Andrey Razov in the big blind tanked before moving all in for more. [Removed:321] Abediarani folded from under the gun and Ville Haavisto made the call.

Mark Burford: {6-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}
Andrey Razov: {a-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{6-Clubs}
Ville Haavisto: {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{8-Clubs}

The {a-Hearts} turn and {9-Hearts} river run out sent Burford to the rail and Razov left Haavisto with a chip and a chair.

Goindoo Stops Li

Level 16 : 3,000/6,000, 0 ante
Ryan Goindoo
Ryan Goindoo

Ryan Goindoo, who finished fifth in Event #30: $1,000 Pot-Limit Omaha, bet 45,000 on a {3-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} flop, and Yi Li thought for a bit before jamming for 105,000. Goindoo called.

Yi Li: {j-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}
Ryan Goindoo: {q-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}

Goindoo seemed frustrated with the amount of time Li took in getting his stack in. "You got jacks and a flush draw!" Goindoo said, and Li also had a gutshot to draw to. Li picked up a second flush draw on the {k-Clubs} turn, but he bricked off on the {q-Spades} river to bust.

Ochana Doubles Through Landherr

Level 16 : 3,000/6,000, 0 ante
Eddie Ochana
Eddie Ochana

The cards of Jeffrey Landherr were already in the muck ad he paid off the 86,500 of Eddie Ochana, who had rivered a full house with {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{3-Clubs} on a board of {5-Spades}{4-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{2-Spades}{k-Clubs}.

"Did you have quads?" Ochana jokingly asked over to big stack Luke Schwartz, who just shook his head.

Despite this double up, Ochana remains below the average stack with 102 players remaining.

Dashing to Broadway

Level 16 : 3,000/6,000, 0 ante

Dash Dudley raised to 14,000 from middle position, and Joshua Tieman called in the big blind.

Tieman check-called a bet of 11,000 on the {6-Clubs}{3-Spades}{q-Diamonds} flop, and both players checked the {10-Hearts} turn. Tieman checked a third time on the {j-Hearts} river, and Dudley bet 33,000. Tieman called, and Dudley said, "Broadway," before turning up {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}{8-Hearts}{7-Hearts}. Tieman mucked.

Burford's Due To Get a Double

Level 16 : 3,000/6,000, 0 ante

A player opened to 15,000 in middle position, and David Butkus called on the button. Mark Burford three-bet shoved for 43,500 from the small blind, and the opener four-bet enough to put Butkus in for his last 120,000. Butkus folded.

Mark Burford: {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{9-Spades}
Opponent: {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}

Burford spiked a set on the {j-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} flop, and held after the {k-Spades} turn and {k-Clubs} river improved him to a full house to earn the double.

"I had to get lucky sometime!" a smiling Burford told the table.

Smith Busts in Roller Coaster Run Out

Level 16 : 3,000/6,000, 0 ante
Micah Smith
Micah Smith

Micah Smith raised preflop and was called by Bryce Yockey in the small blind and Daniel Alaei in the big blind. The {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} flop was checked to Smith and he bet 45,000 with 66,500 behind. Yockey check-raised to 115,000 and Alaei then reraised the pot to see Smith call all in.

Yockey immediately sunk back into his chair and needed more than two minutes. He then asked how much Smith was all in for and sigh-folded.

Micah Smith: {a-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}
Daniel Alaei: {j-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{3-Spades}

"Thank you," Yockey said when he saw the cards in the showdown. While Smith spiked the {6-Hearts} turn for a straight, the {7-Hearts} river gave Alaei a full house and that ended Smith's run before the dinner break on Day 2.
