Field Continues to Grow

Level 4 : 100/300, 300 ante

The late registration line is running out of the Brasilia Room, and all the way down the main corridor of the Rio Convention Center, as the field starts to fill out in the second hour of Day 1. More than 2,300 entrants are already in the mix, and that number is sure to grow before late registration ends at the end of the dinner break (around 8 p.m.).

Two-time WSOP bracelet winner Dan Heimiller was spotted at a cash game table, adjacent to the $800 Deepstack action in the Pavilion Room. He said he's on the wait list to get into what's looking like a very popular event at the WSOP today.
