Berman and Benyamine Stuff It into the Middle, Chop

Level 10 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

On a flop of {2-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}, Lyle Berman checked from the small blind, letting David Benyamine bet 6,000 from the hijack. John Monnette called on Benyamine's left before Berman potted for 51,000. Benyamine repotted, forcing out Monnette while Berman was ready to go for it.

Benyamine: {a-Spades}{k-Spades}{q-Hearts}{3-Spades}
Berman: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{9-Spades}{4-Clubs}

Both players had a king with the top kicker but either of them could still squeeze a win. However, the {a-Hearts} turn sealed the chop and the {j-Spades} river was meaningless.

"Pleasure doing business," Berman said while pulling back his chips.

Level 10 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

Stud

The action was picked up on sixth street where Justin Bonomo called a bet from Eli Elezra whose board displayed a pair of fives. Elezra immediately fired again and Bonomo called again. Elezra tabled a six for two pair, but Bonomo had him beat with queens-up.

Bonomo: {q-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} / {q-Spades}{2-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{9-Clubs}
Elezra: {6-Spades}{x-}{x-} / {5-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}

Klodnicki Hits Aces Full

Level 10 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

Chris Klodnicki raised from under the gun and was met with a three-bet by David Bach in the hijack. Klodnicki made the call and the two saw a flop of {9-Clubs}{10-Spades}{a-Hearts}. Klodnicki check-raised Bach's continuation-bet and Bach made the call.

The turn was {9-Spades} and Klodnicki checked to Bach. After several moments, Bach checked back and the dealer turned over the {5-Spades} river. Klodnicki fired and Bach made the call.

Klodnicki tabled {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{2-Hearts} for aces full and Bach mucked his hand.

Short-Stacked Ohel Doubles Through Bach

Level 10 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

Razz

David Bach: {x-}{x-} / {a-}{2-}{2-}{k-}
Randy Ohel: {x-}{x-} / {6-}{5-}{7-}{q-}

David Bach completed, Randy Ohel raised and Bach called.

Bach check-called a bet on fourth street and tank-called a bet from Ohel on fifth street. Ohel committed his remaining 11,500 on sixth street and Bach called.

David Bach: {4-}{8-} / {a-}{2-}{2-}{k-}
Randy Ohel: {2-}{8-} / {6-}{5-}{7-}{q-}

Bach was behind and found no help from a {9-} on seventh street, locking up the pot for Ohel (who caught an {a-} to improve to a seven-six).

Haxton Wins With Aces Up

Level 10 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

Action was three-handed between Isaac Haxton on the button, Dan Zack in the small blind, and Justin Bonomo in the big blind going to a flop of {7-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} with what looked to be three bets-worth each in the middle. Zack and Bonomo checked to Haxton, who bet and received two calls.

The turn came {j-Clubs} and both players checked to Haxton again, who made another bet. Zack folded and Bonomo called. Bonomo then check-called a final bet on the {q-Clubs} river.

Haxton announced aces as he turned over {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{3-Spades} for aces up and took down the pot as Bonomo mucked his hand.
