Tirel More than Doubles

Level 33 : 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante

Following a raise from the middle position and two called, Allan Tirel squeeze-shoved for 2,500,000 out of the small blind. Joshua Mountain was the opener and he reshoved, forcing folds from the two remaining players.

Mountain had {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} while Tirel tabled {a-Spades}{j-Clubs}.

"Wow, how do you have that hand!" Mountain said.

The board rolled out {2-Spades}{6-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{q-Spades} and Mountain bricked out, allowing Tirel to get a full double plus nice dead money.

Metalidi Takes From Saliba

Level 33 : 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante

Artem Metalidi raised on the button and Vivian Saliba called from the big blind.

The flop came {9-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{2-Spades} and Saliba checked. Metalidi bet 425,000 and Saliba check-called. The dealer burned and turned the {8-Spades} that was checked through to the {10-Hearts} river. This time, Saliba led out with a bet of 600,000 and Metalidi called. Saliba showed {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} for king-high and Metalidi showed {a-Clubs}{8-Hearts} to rake in the pot with a pair of eights.

Nasty River Eliminates Abdel Rahim

Level 33 : 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante

Muhammad Abdel Rahim got it in holding a better hand than Nino Ullman. Abdel Rahim was on his way to double with {j-Spades}{j-Clubs} against {9-Hearts}{9-Spades}, needing to fade two cards on the river as the dealer had rolled out the {k-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{k-Spades} on the flop and the {7-Clubs} on the turn.

The river was, however, the {9-Diamonds} and Ullman, who had 4.8 million, had Abdel Rahim covered by a couple of blinds.

Level 33 : 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante

Mario Hofler opened the hijack to 550,000 and he called off when Sanjay Mayekar shoved for 2,225,000 out of the big blind.

Hofler: {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts}
Mayekar: {a-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}
