Day 3 of Event #64: $888 Crazy Eights No-Limit Hold'em gets underway at noon local time. Out of a five-figure field of 10,185 entrants, only 91 competitors return to the felt where they will continue to battle it out.

Starting the day as the chip leader will be Natalia Panchenko with a stack of 11,870,000. Closely trailing her is WSOP bracelet winner Scott Davies (11,855,000). Davies has over $1,370,000 in earnings at the WSOP and will try to add another big score to his resume.

Ryan Leng rounds up the top three with 11,765,000. Leng owns a bracelet and well and will be looking to add another one to his collection. Leng also has an impressive resume at the WSOP with over $1,280,000 in total cashes. He has secured nine cashes this summer and will be looking to reach his first final table of the 2019 WSOP. 888poker Ambassador Vivian Saliba sits in fourth with 9,565,000.

Other notables advancing alongside the chip leaders include champions Mark Radoja (7,170,000), Tommy Nguyen (5,885,000), David Williams (2,070,000), and Allyn Schulman (1,680,000).

The remaining players are all guaranteed a minimum of $6,957 but all eyes will be on the first-place prize of $888,888 as well as the shiny WSOP gold bracelet.

Today's plan is to play down to eight players with a 15-minute break every two levels and a 60-minute break after Level 6, at approximately 6:30 p.m. Action will resume at Level 30 with blinds of 60,000/120,000 with a 120,000 ante.

Zhang took around two minutes before he moved all in for 2,110,000 and Hu called right away.

Zhang: {4-Spades}{2-Spades}
Hu: {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades}

Zhang's bottom two pair held as the rest of the board ran out {7-Spades} and {j-Hearts}.

Metalidi Jams on Rean

Level 30 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Nirath Rean, sitting in the hijack, had 545,000 in front of him and last year's WSOP Main Event finalist Artem Metalidi moved all in from the button. Metalidi had a covering stack and Rean spent several minutes tanking. He eventually opted to fold and Metalidi took it down preflop.

Finstein Doubles Through Calenzo

Level 30 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Kevin Calenzo raised to 250,000 from middle position and Michael Finstein called on the button.

A flop reading {k-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{6-Clubs} was dealt and Calenzo threw in a bet 225,000 that Finstein called. The turn came the {5-Spades} and this time Calenzo checked. Finstein bet 275,000 and Calenzo responded by moving all in. Finstein snap-called for less with about 1,250,000 and the players tabled their cards.

Michael Finstein: {a-Hearts}{a-Spades}
Kevin Calenzo: {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}

Calenzo had flopped of pair of kings but Finstein had a pair of aces. The {4-Diamonds} river filled up the board and Finstein doubled up.

Abrevaya Bricks Out

Level 30 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

With a flop reading {6-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{a-Hearts}, Gaston Abrevaya checked from the big blind and Ignacio Barcenas bet 255,000 from the hijack. Gustavo Kamei called on his left and Abrevaya checked-shoved his 1.85 million or so. Barcenas quickly laid his hand down but Kamei placed in calling chips.

Abrevaya: {a-Clubs}{3-Clubs}
Kamei: {a-Spades}{10-Clubs}

Abrevaya was behind but he had heaps of outs to look for. The {4-Hearts} turn and {8-Diamonds} river, however, weren't any of them and Abrevaya was eliminated as Kamei had him covered by mere 100,000 or so.
