Level 16 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

Jeremy Heartberg was recently eliminated in 20th place, he and Brandon Wittmeyer are the last two players to take home a min-cash after Brandon Wittmeyer joined him at the rail finishing in 19th place.

Wittmeyer had opened under the gun and Jeff Shulman defended his big blind. On the {8-Spades}{7-Hearts}{5-Hearts} flop, Shulman check-raised and with only half a big blind on top, Wittmeyer put the rest in.

Jeff Shulman: {8-Spades}{9-Diamonds}
Brandon Wittmeyer: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}

The {a-Clubs} turn saw Wittmeyer retake the lead but the {6-Diamonds} river locked up a straight for Shulman and Wittmeyer headed for the door.

Griffith Keeps Climbing

Level 15 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

Joshua Griffith raised and it folded to Alain Alinat in the big blind who opted to call.

A flop of {3-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{9-Spades} appeared and Alinat check-called Griffith's continuation bet. The turn {5-Clubs} went check-check.

The river was the {10-Spades} and Alinat thought for a minute before checking. Griffith sent a bet and Alinat called. Griffith showed {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs} for two pair and it was enough for Alinat who mucked.
