Roller Coaster Start for Neuville

Level 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

In the first hand after sitting down, Pierre Neuville called a raise to 3,000 by Gabriel Paul on the {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}{4-Spades} flop and proceeded to call a bet of 5,000 on the {6-Clubs} turn. On the {2-Clubs} river, Neuville folded {q-}{10-} face up when Paul made it 10,000 and was immediately down 10,000.

The tides have changed since as Paul dropped below the starting stack, while Neuville has bumped up his stack nicely.

Binger Gets Runner Runnered

Level 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

Brandon Drespling opened to 600 from under the gun and Nick Binger called on the cutoff, with Matthieu Rodriguez making it three-handed to the flop.

It came {a-Clubs}{3-Spades}{j-Clubs} and both players checked to Binger who bet 1,500. Only Rodriguez called and they saw a {6-Spades} turn. Rodriguez check-called Binger's 4,000 barrel and the dealer placed a {k-Spades} on the river. Rodriguez checked once more and Binger put 10,000 over the line. It was an immediate call from Rodriguez and the cards were turned over.

Matthieu Rodriguez: {q-Spades}{j-Spades}
Nick Binger: {3-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}

Bingers flopped set hadn't held to the river, with Rodriguez hitting the backdoor flush draw and Binger takes an early hit.
