Luo Pays Off Petrushevskii

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

There was a raise to 60,000 in early position and Xixiang Luo three-bet to 175,000 in the next seat. Sergei Petrushevskii called from the small blind and the initial raiser folded. The flop came {j-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{9-Clubs} and both players checked to the {4-Clubs} on the turn.

Petrushevskii checked again and Luo opted for another free card as well. The river brought the {2-Spades} and Petrushevskii fired out a bet of 315,000. Luo thought for over two minutes and eventually made the call. Petrushevskii turned over {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds} for a set of tens and Luo mucked his cards.

In the next hand, Yoon raised it up from under the gun and was called by Nicholas Danias on the button. The flop fell {q-Hearts}{8-Spades}{8-Clubs} and Yoon check-called a bet of 70,000 from Danias.

The turn brought the {4-Hearts} and both players checked to the {q-Spades} on the river. Yoon checked for the third time and Danias fired out a bet of 275,000. Hensel Spikes a Three Outer to Eliminate McMahon

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

The action folded to William McMahon in middle position who shoved all in for his last 445,000. Reed Hensel was on his left and asked for a count before making the call. The rest of the table folded and the cards were on their backs.

Reed Hensel: {a-Hearts}{j-Spades}
William McMahon: {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}

McMahon was in a dominating position and looking to double up. The flop of {10-Clubs}{6-Spades}{4-Clubs} changed nothing but the {j-Clubs} on the turn gave Hensel exactly what he needed. The river was the {2-Spades} and McMahon stood up from his seat and headed to the payout desk.
