Leonard Nearly Triples Up

Level 10 : 1,500/3,000, 350 ante

Patrick Leonard opened under the gun to 5,500 and Andey Kotelnikov in middle position went all in for 59,952. Arthur Conan then went all in on the button and it folded back to Leonard who made the call for 80,548.

Patrick Leonard: {q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}
Arthur Conan: {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}
Andrey Kotelnikov: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}

Leonard was in good shape as Conan and Kotelnikov had the same hand but he still had to fade the board. The flop came {4-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{7-Clubs}, the turn {6-Spades} added some chop outs, but the {2-Spades} river confirmed the sizable pot went to Leonard.

Burns Busted By Boika

Level 11 : 1,750/3,500, 450 ante

The action folded all the way to Kahle Burns in the small blind and he shipped it in for 36,009. Aliaksei Boika made the call from the big blind and the cards were turned over.

Kahle Burns: {k-Spades}{6-Diamonds}
Aliaksei Boika: {a-Diamonds}{3-Spades}

The {8-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{2-Clubs} flop saw neither player hit and the {a-Clubs} turn left Burns drawing dead, the {6-Hearts} river was too little too late.

Christian Rudolph then arrived to claim the vacated seat of Burns, who will likely re-enter shortly.
