The Brazilian opted to check-call for 60,000 on the {q-Clubs}{9-Spades}{3-Hearts} flop and 225,000 on the {j-Clubs} turn. He then checked behind the {5-Diamonds} river and earned the pot with {a-Clubs}{j-Spades} versus {8-Spades}{8-Clubs}.

What followed was the bet of "LadyLuck22" for 353,250 into a pot of 1,413,000 and that avoided a showdown, as "Sol1d" folded.
