Big Slick Doesn't do the Trick for Mcclelland

Level 30 : 12,000/24,000, 3,000 ante
Jack McClelland
Jack McClelland

Michael "lbird33" Moon raised from early position and then called the 96,883 three-bet jam Jack "Borgia92" Mcclelland tossed out to his left.

Michael "lbird33" Moon: {8-Clubs}{8-Hearts}
Jack "Borgia92" Mcclelland: {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}

Mcclelland was behind needing to connect with either of his two over cars but the feat was easier said then done as the {7-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{4-Spades}{j-Diamonds} runout ended his tournament.

Tong Loses Race to Pillai

Level 29 : 10,000/20,000, 2,500 ante
Paul Tong
Paul Tong

Shankar "Burgersssss" Pillai raised from the hijack and then called the 166,057 three-bet jam Paul "yogaprince62" Tong made from the cutoff.

Paul "yogaprince62" Tong: {7-Hearts}{7-Spades}
Shankar "Burgersssss" Pillai: {q-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}

Tong was ahead with his made hand of sevens but they weren't lucky as a queen appeared in the window on the {4-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{q-Clubs} flop.

The {2-Clubs} turn wasn't what Tong wanted to see as it took away one of his outs and the {6-Diamonds} river was even worse as it ended his tournament.

Slater Out Kicked by Yau

Level 29 : 10,000/20,000, 2,500 ante

James "jthollywood" Slater open-jammed for 94,673 from middle position and Ethan "Rampunts" Yau isolated from the hijack.

Ethan "Rampunts" Yau: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}
James "jthollywood" Slater: {a-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}

Slater was in rough shape and the {k-Spades}{a-Spades}{q-Clubs} flop left him drawing to running cards.

Unfortunately for him, the {2-Diamonds} turn wasn't what he wanted to see and the {4-Clubs} river eliminated him from the tournament.

Williams Moves to Top of Chip Counts

Level 28 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante
David Williams
David Williams

David "dwpoker" Williams raised to 34,000 from early position, Tomas "predi24" Teran called and everyone else folded.

The flop came the {2-Spades}{k-Spades}{q-Clubs}. Action went check-check to the {6-Spades} turn. Williams bet 40,000 and was called.

The river was the {7-Hearts}, Williams bet 120,000 and was again called.

Williams tabled the {6-Clubs}{6-Hearts} and collected the nice pot to be the first player to move above a million in chips.
