Frank "thewholefunk" Funaro raised to 4,800 from middle position, John "Slapshot1085" Forlenza called from the button.

WSOP Legend: Doyle Brunson's Final Bracelet

Level 15 : 1,200/2,400, 240 ante
WSOP Legend Doyle Brunson
WSOP Legend Doyle Brunson

At the beginning of the 2005 WSOP, Doyle Brunson remained the co-king of the all-time bracelet count, tied along with Johnny Chan at nine. However, as the series drew toward its close in late June, that was no longer the case — Chan had overtaken him by winning No. 10 to stand atop the mountain alone.

Brunson was already phasing out his tournament play, having cashed precisely zero times that summer and just three times in the previous two combined, although one had resulted in a bracelet victory.

When it came time for Event #31: $5,000 No-Limit Hold'em 6-Handed, Brunson dusted off his tournament chops and made a run.

Zamani Busts Wantman

Level 15 : 1,200/2,400, 240 ante
Matthew Wantman
Matthew Wantman

Matthew "booyastink" Wantman raised to 4,000 from middle position, Martin "Bathroomline" Zamani called and everyone else folded.

The flop came the {7-Spades}{8-Spades}{6-Diamonds}. Wantman check-raised all in for 56,538 over the bet of 8,400 from Zamani who called after a few moments.

Zamani was ahead with the {a-Spades}{9-Spades} against the {q-Spades}{10-Spades} both players on a draw but Zamani having the spades covered.

The turn was the {k-Clubs} and the river the {3-Diamonds} to send Wantman away as Zamani's ace high was good.

Negreanu Hunted Down by Cowboys

Level 15 : 1,200/2,400, 240 ante
Daniel Negreanu
Daniel Negreanu

Daniel "DNegs" Negreanu open-jammed for his last 17,866 from early position and Anthony "Turbo1" Huntsman called on the button.

Daniel "DNegs" Negreanu: {10-Spades}{10-Hearts}
Anthony "Turbo1" Huntsman: {k-Diamonds}{k-Spades}

Negreanu woke up with a made hand but was way behind Huntsman's cowboys and the {9-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{2-Spades} flop didn't change a thing.

The turn however, came the {7-Hearts} giving Negreanu more outs with a gutshot straight draw but he {q-Diamonds} river ended his tournament.

Tony "Panoramic" Dunst Looking For WSOP Bracelet #3

Level 14 : 1,000/2,000, 200 ante
Tony Dunst
Tony Dunst

WPT Commentator Tony "Panoramic" Dunst has over $3.8 million in Hendon Mob recorded cashes to his credit, and with those million of dollars in earnings are a pair of WSOP Gold Bracelets, one of which he won in 2016 in the WSOP's Event #63: $1,000 No Limit Hold'em for $339,254 (which is actually just the fourth largest score of his career). The second bracelet was earned in last year's iteration of the WSOP Online Bracelet Series, in Event #21: $777 No Limit Hold'em 6-Max.

That event, which saw 1,361 entrants hit the virtual felt, saw Dunst hit the final table of six with a big chip lead, one he used to knock out the dangerous Jon "havuuuuuc" Turner and Krista “Pollux” Gifford in short order. Charles “ilosestackz" Phillips” and Alec “Tango_Bravo” Parslow fell next, and in heads-up play, James “paymycollege” Pace made a seven-high straight against Dunst with the stack sitting nearly even, but Dunst held a flush and left Pace with a single big blind. No chip and chair story came to fruition for Pace, and Dunst collected his second WSOP Gold Bracelet and $168,342 for the victory.

Dunst played a large slate of events in last year's events, and we'll be looking for him to be a frequent contender to add more WSOP hardware to his coffers during this summer's WSOP Online Bracelet Series.

Zinno Sent Down Broadway

Carmine "Shem22" Ciccone raised to 3,200 from the cutoff, Anthony "heheh" Zinno three-bet to 16,100 from the button and Ciccone jammed all in which Zinno called.

Zinno was ahead with the {a-Hearts}{4-Hearts} vs the {k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} of Ciccone.

The flop came {j-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{6-Clubs}. The turn was the {10-Diamonds} to give Ciccone a broadway draw. The river was the {9-Clubs} to give Ciccone a straight and eliminate Zinno.
