The board ran out {10-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} for Zack to be left drawing dead on the turn as Szabo hit a Broadway to secure his spot in the final.

Szabo Calls Correctly With Bottom Pair

Gabor Szabo limped in and Dan Zack raised to 120,000, which Szabo called. On the {8-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} flop both players checked and they did so again on the {10-Hearts} turn. Zack then bet the {a-Diamonds} river for 200,000 and Szabo mulled over his decision for a bit before making the call.

Immediately admitting defeat, Szabo pointed to his opponent and rolled over the {k-Hearts}{q-Spades} for a bluff as Szabo won the pot with {4-Spades}{3-Spades} for the bottom pair.

Zack then got a few jams through but remained below ten big blinds.

Koon Gets a Snap-Fold from Puustinen

Henri Puustinen completed on the button but Jason Koon raised to 175,000 and was called.

The flop came {10-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{7-Spades}, Koon continued with a bet of 300,000 which Puustinen called.

The turn was the {q-Diamonds} and Koon put Puustinen all-in who snap-folded.

Zack Loses Chunk of His Stack

Gabor Szabo had raised to 80,000 from the button and Dan Zack defended.

The flop came {j-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} for Zack to check-call the 50,000 bet of Szabo.

They both checked through the {q-Hearts} on the turn to the {a-Hearts} on the river. Zack checked for the final time but raised to 800,000 when Szabo fired out a bet of 185,000. Szabo tanked for a while but made the call in the end. Zack tabled the {a-Diamonds}{6-Spades} for top two pair but Szabo showed the {k-Hearts}{7-Clubs} for the nut-flush.

Szabo Maintains Big Lead

At the end of the previous level, Dan Zack min-raised and Gabor Szabo defended to see the {j-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} flop. Szabo check-called for 35,000 and then checked again the {a-Spades} on the turn. Zack now fired a bet of 225,000 and Szabo folded.

He got some of those chip back with a button min-raise when Zack check-folded he {10-Spades}{2-Clubs}{2-Hearts} flop to a continuation bet.

Henri Puustinen opened to 65,000 for Jason Koon to call and they headed to the {9-Spades}{8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} flop. Koon checked his option and Puustinen bet 90,000. What followed was a check-raise to 275,000 by Koon and that did the trick to win the pot right there.

Zack Wins One Without Showdown

Gabor Szabo check-raised the {k-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{4-Spades} flop for Daniel Zack to call and they headed to the {5-Hearts} on the turn. Szabo checked once more and Zack now bet 125,000. This ended up winning the pot without showdown as Szabo elected to fold.

Puustinen Pays Off Koon

Jason Koon made it 65,000 to go and Henri Puustinen called to see the {q-Hearts}{6-Spades}{2-Clubs} flop, on which Puustinen opted to check-call for 45,000. The {9-Diamonds} turn was checked and Puustinen check-called the {2-Spades} river for 220,000 to get shown the {10-Hearts}{2-Hearts} by Koon.
