Epstein Turns a Flush to Take Chip Lead

Level 6 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

WSOP bracelet winner Alex Epstein and an opponent got it all in on a flop of {10-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}. Epstein had {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} for a flush draw, while his opponent showed {k-Clubs}{10-Clubs} for top pair.

The {2-Diamonds} turn left the all-in player drawing dead as Epstein completed his flush to score the knockout and take the tournament chip lead with nearly 800,000.

Ramos Gives His Opponent Three Questions

Level 5 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Felipe Ramos jammed his remaining stack over the top of a pre-flop raise and the original raiser went into the tank considering the call.

"I don't know anything about you," she told Ramos.

"I'll give you three questions," the Brazilian pro answered.

"What do you have?" she asked.

"I have a strong hand."

"Do you want me to call?," she continued.

"I want you to call," Ramos answered.

"If you want me to call then I fold," she said as she slid her cards into the muck.

David Williams from another event

David Williams came back from break with only 20,000 and got them all in with {q-}{6-}. His opponent turned over {j-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}, and the jacks held on a board of {9-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{2-Spades}{9-Spades} meaning that Williams' $19,000 investment would be turned into a $2,155 cash.

On another table, Craig Mason, who final tabled the $3,000 Freezeout event last week, eliminated Dylan Linde with two kings.
