Patgorski Jams Successfully

Level 5 : 0/0, 500 ante

In a four-way pot to the {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} flop, Dario Sammartino bet 3,500 and earned one fold. Gabe Patgorski then moved all-in from under the gun and it folded back to Sammartino. The Italian folded and was shown the {j-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} by Patgorski.

Kysar On the Rise

Level 5 : 0/0, 500 ante

On a heads-up turn of {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{q-Spades}, Thomas Kysar bet 11,000 and his sole remaining opponent Rene van Krevelen sent his cards into the muck. Kysar took over the lead on his table while Seongsu Kong was nowhere to be found anymore.

Brewer Wins Big Pot Against Sammartino

Level 5 : 0/0, 500 ante

With more than 90,000 already in the middle and the board showing {j-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{6-Hearts}{8-Hearts}, Dario Sammartino bet 25,000 and that sent Chris Brewer deep into the tank. He used four time bank extensions and eventually made the call. Sammartino flashed a bluff with the {10-Spades}{x-} and Brewer won the large pot with {k-Spades}{j-Spades} for eights full of jacks.

Iadisernia Eliminated by Campbell

Level 5 : 0/0, 500 ante

Chad Campbell looked up Giuseppe Iadisernia in a preflop contest for what appeared to be 22,000 and the cards were flipped over.

Giuseppe Iadisernia: {k-Diamonds}{10-Spades}
Chad Campbell: {q-Hearts}{10-Clubs}

The board ran out {9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{7-Spades}{j-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} and Campbell turned the queen-high straight to eliminate Iadisernia. "They got you good, Giuseppe" Jason Koon said and he bumped fists with hid table neighbour before Iadisernia headed out of the tournament area.

Nakanishi and Kurtzman No More

Level 5 : 0/0, 500 ante

Table 447 was waiting for new players since they were three-handed after the departures of Eric Kurtzman and Shota Nakanishi. Moshe Gabay had profited the most as he jumped to more than two times the full starting stack while Sergi Reixach had also chipped up.

In order to balance the field, table 439 broke and all four players on there were looking for their new seat assignments.

Katz Doubles Through Koon

Level 5 : 0/0, 500 ante

Jason Koon raised to 3,000 and Young Ko called. Cary Katz then pushed for the last 15,200 and Koon called, while Ko reluctantly folded.

"I gave you some very loose action Cary but it is a pretty hand," Koon said and rolled over the {j-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}. Katz had the {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds} and made quads on the {k-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{9-Hearts} board. "See, full house versus quads happens to me too, Giuseppe," Koon joked in table chat.

Small Pot for Patgorski

Level 5 : 0/0, 500 ante

Gabe Patgorski bet the {j-Spades}{6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} flop for 1,500 when the action checked to him and Dario Sammartino check-called while Chris Brewer check-folded. On the {8-Spades} turn, Sammartino checked once more and Patgorski bet 5,500 to win the pot right there.
