Addamo Busts Guilbert to Climb Over a Million

Level 5 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

After a couple of preflop raises, Michael Addamo and Johan Guilbert got the chips in the middle with Guilbert at risk for around 175,000.

Guilbert showed {7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} but was pipped by the {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} of Addamo. The board ran out {q-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{j-Hearts} and Guilbert sent his chips across the table, pushing Addamo over 1,000,000 chips.

Both players proceeded to check down on the {9-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{10-Hearts} flop and {6-Clubs} turn; however, Ball led out for 35,000 on the {j-Clubs} river.

Daniels Eliminated, Coleman Scoops the Pot

Level 5 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Jake Daniels was all in blind preflop for around 20,000 from under the gun. David Coleman and Dan Smith joined in on the action with a flop of {j-Hearts}{5-Spades}{4-Clubs}. Smith led out from the small blind and Coleman called from the hijack.

The {2-Spades} landed on the turn and Smith fired out a bet of 90,000 into the side pot. Coleman still called and the {j-Spades} paired the board on the river. Smith checked this time and Coleman shoved all in.

Smith went into the tank for at least two minutes with his stack of around 180,000 in jeopardy. Smith eventually laid his hand down and Coleman collected the side pot. Coleman showed {k-Clubs}{j-Clubs} and Daniels peeled {7-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} for just two pair as he was eliminated for the second time today.

Fox Forces a Fold From Petrangelo

Level 5 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

On a flop of {j-Clubs}{3-Spades}{8-Clubs}, Nick Petrangelo was heads-up in the hijack against Elio Fox on the button. Petrangelo bet 25,000 and Fox called.

Petrangelo fired 55,000 into the middle on the {q-Diamonds} turn and Fox again called.

The {j-Spades} completed the board and and Petrangelo checked — prompting Fox to slide a stack of green chips into the middle, which was enough to put Petrangelo all in for his last 95,000.

Petrangelo quickly folded and Fox dragged the pot.

The action was found on the {j-Clubs}{6-Spades}{4-Hearts} flop with about 140,000 in the middle. Scott Ball led for 45,000 and Michael Addamo called.

On the {k-Diamonds} turn, Ball check-called a bet of 90,000 from Addamo. The river was the {3-Clubs} and Ball checked again.

Addamo shoved for his last 262,000 and Ball asked for a count.

Ball eventually tossed in a call and Addamo turned over {6-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} for a set. Ball sheepishly flashed his {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} and Addamo was awarded the pot.

Davies Picks Off a Bluff from Danias

Level 5 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Seth Davies raised to 12,000 in the cutoff and was called by Matas Cimbolas and Nicholas Danias in the blinds. The flop came {9-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{2-Spades} and the action checked to Davies who continued for 30,000. Cimbolas folded but Danias stuck around to see the {q-Hearts} on the turn.

Both players checked and the {4-Diamonds} paired the board on the river. Danias led out with a bet of 56,000 and Davies thought for a moment before calling. Danias showed {a-Spades}{5-Spades} for just ace-high while Davies held {j-Hearts}{9-Spades} for two pair.

Two Pair Takes it For Schillhabel

Level 5 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

David Peters opened to 14,000 in the lojack and was three-bet to 42,000 by Stefan Schillhabel in the hijack. Action folded back to Peters, who called.

Peters check-called a 25,000 bet from Schillhabel on the {4-Hearts}{a-Hearts}{3-Spades} flop.

The turn brought a {6-Spades} and Peters check-called again — this time for 54,000.

Both players checked on the {q-Hearts} river and Peters tabled {a-}{j-}. It was no good against the {a-Spades}{4-Spades} of Schillhabel, who scooped the pot.

Level 5 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Vicent Bosca raised it up from under the gun and found calls from Bin Weng in middle position and Aleksandr Shevlyakov in the big blind. The flop came {a-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{7-Clubs} and Bosca continued for 17,000. Weng called and Shevlyakov got out of the way.

The turn was the {4-Spades} and Bosca fired out another bet of 30,000 which Weng called. The {9-Spades} paired the board on the river and Bosca bet 44,000, leaving himself with just 6,000 chips behind. Weng just called and Bosca tabled {a-Spades}{k-Clubs} for the winner.
