Woods Doubles His Stack

Level 20

James Woods: {x-}{x-}/{7-}{j-}{2-}{9-}/{x-}
Frank Kassela: {x-}{x-}/{7-}{5-}{4-}{4-}/{x-}

James Woods moved all in for his last 8,000 and Frank Kassela, who already had chips committed to the pot, called. Woods was dealt a {3-}{7-}{5-} to make a 9-7-5-3-2, while Kassela finished with a jack-low.

"Anyone else trembling yet," Woods joked as he doubled to 30,000.

Woods Makes a Good Check

Level 20

James Woods: {x-}{x-}/{a-}{3-}{5-}{4-}/{x-}
Perry Friedman: {x-}{x-}/{8-}{7-}{4-}{a-}/{x-}

James Woods had four to a wheel showing by sixth street and bet into Perry Friedman. "Wow, what a hand," Friedman told Woods.

"I can say the same thing about you," Woods replied.

Friedman called, then both players checked on seventh. Woods showed a {7-} for a 7-5-4-3-A. Friedman, though, had {a-}{3-}{2-} for 7-4-3-2-A to win the pot and leave Woods short.
