Set of Aces for Chen

Level 4 : 300/500, 500 ante
James Chen
James Chen

An early position player opened and a late position player called, as did David Benyamine in the small blind and James Chen in the big blind.

The initial raiser bet around 4,000 on the flop of {7-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{q-Spades} and the late position player folded, while Benyamine and Chen both called.

The {a-Hearts} turn checked through and Chen led out with a bet of 15,000 on the {j-Diamonds} river. Only Benyamine called.

Chen showed the best hand with {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{3-Spades} for a set of aces and Benyamine mucked.

Camilo Manrique

A player limped from middle position and George Wolff raised to 1,800 from the cutoff. Camilo Manrique called from the button and both of the blinds called while the limper got out of the way.

The flop was {k-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{9-Clubs} and action checked to Manrique on the button for a bet of 4,100. The small blind took a moment before betting the pot, and the rest of the table folded back to Manrique for the shove of around 50,000. The small blind called.

Small Blind: {a-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}
Camilo Manrique: {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}

The turn was {a-Clubs} and the river {3-Clubs} and Manrique made kings full of sixes to beat three sixes and send the small blind to the rail.

Flush for Williams

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

David Williams in the small blind and a player in the big blind both defended when facing an open from the player on the button.

The flop of {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} checked through and Williams led out with a bet of 2,100 on the {3-Diamonds} turn. The player in the big blind folded while the opponent on the button called.

Williams checked after the {a-Diamonds} peeled off on the river and his opponent checked back. Williams tabled {k-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{4-Hearts} for a flush and his opponent did not show.
