Andler Folds to Rockowitz's Shove

Level 14 : 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Picking up the action on the {q-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{5-Hearts} flop, Christopher Andler check-raised the pot from 18,000 to 103,000 and Jesse Rockowitz tank-called on the button. Andler then checked the {6-Clubs} on the turn and Rockowitz eventually jammed for 152,000.

That sent Andler into the tank and nobody was willing to call the clock on him. He eventually folded and Rockowitz claimed the pot without showdown.

Yanovski Finishes Off Lamb

Level 14 : 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante
Ben Lamb
Ben Lamb

Ben Lamb was down to his last few big blinds, and went all in from the small blind against Leonid Yanovski in the big.

Ben Lamb: {k-}{j-}{2-}{2-}
Leonid Yanovski: {k-Hearts}{j-Spades}{7-Hearts}{6-Clubs}

Lamb was ahead with his pair, but the flop of {6-}{5-}{4-} turned the hand in Yanovski's favor. Lamb could not catch up on the {q-} turn or {6-} river to end his day.

Yanovski Doubles Through Lamb

Level 14 : 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

On a heads-up flop of {q-Hearts}{10-Spades}{2-Spades}, the near-identical stacks of Ben Lamb in the small blind and Leonid Yanovski out of the big blind went into the middle with Yanovski as the player at risk.

Leonid Yanovski: {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{j-Spades}{3-Clubs}
Ben Lamb: {q-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}

The {7-Hearts} turn changed nothing yet but the {4-Spades} river improved Yanovski to the ace-high flush. Both stacks were counted and Yanovski doubled for 214,000 to leave Lamb on the ropes.

Elezra Forced to Fold

Level 14 : 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

On a flop of {k-Hearts}{3-Spades}{2-Diamonds}, Leonid Yanovski check-raised Eli Elezra's 36,000 chip bet to put him at risk for his final 56,000.

Elezra considered the bet for a bit, then opted to fold and preserve his last 11 big blinds.

Both players checked the {8-Spades} turn, before Ruben bet 18,000 on the {3-Diamonds} river. Ahmadian took some time before making the fold, shipping the pot to Ruben.

Witz Joins Sandrock in Millionaires Club

Level 14 : 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Only two players in the final 77 have reached the one million chip club, while several other big stacks sit over 500,000.

Sandrock Notches Up Another Elimination

Level 14 : 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Heads-up to the {10-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} turn, Amir Mirrasouli bet 30,000 and Chris Sandrock then raised the pot to 140,000. Mirrasouli tanked for 90 seconds and called, leaving himself just 21,000 behind. The {2-Diamonds} fell on the river and Mirrasouli checked. Sandrock grabbed into his massive tower of chips and bet 45,000.

Now it was up to Mirrasouli again as he tanked, then sigh-called. Sandrock rolled over the {q-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{2-Spades} for a straight and Mirrasouli flung his cards into the muck with force as they couldn't be retrieved with certainty before storming out of the tournament area.

On his former table, pretty much everyone just smiled as the Sandrock show added another chapter on Day 2.
