Sandrock Adds to His Chip Lead

Level 15 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Jeremy Ausmus checked to chip leader Chris Sandrock on the {q-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} flop, and called a pot-sized bet. The action repeated on the {k-Spades} turn, with Sandrock betting full pot for 90,000 and Ausmus calling. Both players then checked the {4-Hearts} river, and Sandrock revealed {8-Spades}{8-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{3-Hearts} for a set of eights. Ausmus mucked, and Sandrock added to his chip lead.

Dudani Doubles Through Zanot

Level 15 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Kyle Montgomery raised to 16,000 and Shiva Dudani then raised the pot. Thomas Zanot shipped it in and Montgomery got out of the way, Dudani called all-in for 120,000.

Shiva Dudani: {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{6-Spades}
Thomas Zanot: {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{9-Spades}

The {4-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{2-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{q-Spades} flop kept aces in the lead and Dudani doubled to leave Zanot short.

"I would have won, I folded queen-jack," Montgomery said in table chat.

Shack-Harris and Zack Battle

Level 15 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Four players went to a flop, including Brandon Shack-Harris and Dan Zack.

They all checked the {10-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} board, then on the turn {6-Spades}, Zack bet 33,000 from the big blind. The only caller was Shack-Harris, who had checked in the small blind.

With about 110,000 in the pot on the {6-Hearts} river, Shack-Harris slid forward 110,000, putting Zack to a decision for most of his chips.

Zack opted to fold, leaving himself with 23 big blinds.

Okin Doubles Through Fuchs

Level 15 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

On a flop of {j-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}, Florian Fuchs in the big blind and Peter Okin got their chips in with Okin as the player at risk for 69,000.

Peter Okin: {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}
Florian Fuchs: {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}

The {a-Hearts} turn improved Okin and the {j-Diamonds} river was a blank to keep Okin in contention.

"How do you always run so good against me?" Fuchs sighed.

Level 14 : 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante
Sam Soverel
Sam Soverel

Adam Hendrix raised it up to get called by Sam Soverel and Nathan Zimnik raised the pot. Hendrix then repotted and Soverel went with it, Zimnik made it a three-way all-in.

Adam Hendrix: {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}{5-Spades}{2-Hearts}
Sam Soverel: {9-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}
Nathan Zimnik: {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{3-Spades}

The {k-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} flop gave Soverel a gutshot and he added a flush draw to go with it on the {10-Clubs} turn. However, the {4-Spades} river was a blank and Soverel was eliminated.

Ausmus Puts Opponent In the Blender

Level 14 : 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Picking action up the turn with a board reading {7-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{8-Clubs}, Jeremy Ausmus bet 42,000 into Roussos Koliakoudakis, who opted to call with just over 70,000 remaining behind.

The duo saw a river {10-Diamonds} which Koliakoudakis checked, and Ausmus quickly pushed enough chips forward to potentially put Koliakoudakis all-in.

The Greek player went deep into the tank for over five minutes, pulling down his hoodie, taking sips of beer, and repeatedly peeking at his cards as he contemplated a decision for his tournament life.

Ultimately, Koliakoudakis made the call to see Ausmus turn over {a-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} for a flopped set which was good, eliminating Koliakoudakis, and boosting his own stack to over 500,000.
