Gerhart Wins One Against Kaplan

The action began with Matthew Kaplan who raised to 225,000 from the cut-off, and Kevin Gerhart re-raised to 700,000 from the small blind. Next, Kaplan called and the two went heads-up to the flop.

The dealer spread the flop of and Gerhart fired out a bet of 1,500,000. This sent Kaplan deep into the tank, but he eventually opted to fold, and Gerhart was awarded the pot.
