Ashley Sleeth
Ashley Sleeth

Ashley Sleeth open-jammed under the gun for roughly 14,000 and was called by a player from late position.

Ashley Sleeth: {7-Spades}{7-Diamonds}
Opponent: {a-Spades}{2-Spades}

Sleeth was ahead with her made hand but had a sweat after the {j-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{j-Spades} flop gave her opponent the nut flush draw.

The {2-Clubs} fell on the turn pairing Ashley Sleeth's opponent but luckily for her, it was the wrong card and the river fell a red {k-Hearts} to secured her double-up

Hawkins Out-Aggressed

Level 12 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Maurice Hawkins started the day a bit on the slow side and was down to under 20,000 chips, but has since chipped up to over 100,000.

In a recent hand however, Hawkins raised from early position to 6,100 and was three-bet by his opponent in the cutoff to 15,100.

Hawkins called to see a flop of {4-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}. He then checked to his opponent who bet 23,000, and Hawkins folded.

Level 11 : 1,200/2,400, 2,400 ante

The action was caught as the dealer was spreading the board. A player in early position was all-in with {k-}{k-} against the {10-}{10-} of Yosif Nawabi.

The board ran out {j-}{q-}{10-}{q-}{2-}, giving Nawabi a boat to double up.

Aldridge Spikes Turn All-in

Level 11 : 1,200/2,400, 2,400 ante

A player in early position raised and was called by a player in late position. Ken Aldridge then three-bet from the big blind, and got four-bet all-in by the original raiser. The late position player folded and Aldridge called for his last 45,900.

Ken Aldridge: {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}
Opponent: {q-Diamonds}{q-Spades}

The {q-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop was a disaster for Aldridge as it brought a set for his opponent, but the turn {k-Spades}, saved Aldridge and the {5-Diamonds} fell on the river to secure the dramatic double-up.
