A pair of bustouts at identical times just took place, leaving the tournament one elimination from the two-table redraw.

At one table, Charles Sinn couldn't improve an ace-king high versus Jeffrey Mitsiff's pair of jacks, which improved to jacks and sevens.

Meanwhile, Nathan Gamble's two pair was run down by John Monnette who started with four to a seven high-straight and hit an eight to make both the straight and a low.

Kupresanian Tries To Bluff Exposed Hand

In a bizarre series of actions on seventh street between Peder Berge and Joseph Kupresanin, Berge mistakenly thought the action had been checked to him and he exposed his hand, when in fact Kupresanian had not yet acted.

Berge had tabled {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{8-Hearts}/{8-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} for just a pair of eights versus Kupresanian's board which read {x-}{x-}/{6-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}.

Kupresanian bet out, obviously in hopes of Berge folding his pair, but when Berge called, Kupresanian frustratedly tossed his cards into the muck, awarding the pot to Berge.

John Monnette bet on fourth street and was called by Sean Yu and Perry Friedman. Yu opened the betting on fifth street, then bet again on sixth. Friedman folded, but Monnette raised enough to put Yu all in and he called.

Monnette ended up with {3-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} for a straight, while Yu was showing {j-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{x-} and quickly flicked his cards into the muck before wishing the table good luck and heading for the exit.

Deeb doubled through Espen Sandvik a few hands later ("Can't get rid of him," Esther Taylor said while mimicking Teddy KGB), but later found himself all in against John Racener.

Racener finished with {k-Spades}{6-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{a-Spades}{k-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{7-Spades} for a pair of kings and a low. Deeb was showing {2-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} but bricked his last card and hit the rail in 22nd place.
