Deeb Eliminated By Wang

Level 6 : 300/600, 600 ante
Shaun Deeb
Shaun Deeb

Pot Limit Omaha

Action was recapped by the table. An early-position player raised to 1,300 and Michael Wang reraised to 5,300. Action folded around to Shaun Deeb in the big blind and he called. The early-position player called as well.

The flop came out {5-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{3-} with two diamonds and action checked to Wang, who continued for 7,500. Deeb responded by going all in for 12,000 which got a fold from the other player and a call from Wang.

Shaun Deeb: {j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{8-}{7-}
Michael Wang: {a-Spades}{a-}{k-Spades}{q-}

Deeb got it in with a flush draw and a gutshot straight draw versus Wang's overpair. The turn and river brought no help to Deeb and he was eliminated on his second entry, meaning he will not be able to re-enter the tournament.
