Level 18 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Elio Fox
Elio Fox

Elio Fox shoved for his last 1.1 million from under-the-gun and was called by Carlos Villamarin in the cutoff to put Fox at risk.

Elio Fox: {6-Diamonds}{6-Spades}
Carlos Villamarin: {a-Clubs}{10-Hearts}

It was a race, but the {q-Spades}{10-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} runout paired Villamarin's ten — eliminating Fox in 10th place.

Ryan Leng Eliminated in 9th Place ($131,982)

Level 18 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Ryan Leng
Ryan Leng

Ryan Leng raised to 500,000 in middle position, leaving himself just 200,000 behind. Ren Lin called on the button and the duo went to the flop.

As the dealer spread {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} Leng moved all-in, and was quickly called by Lin.

Ryan Leng: {5-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}
Ren Lin: {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts}

Leng would need to drill a five to survive, but the {a-Clubs} turn and {k-Spades} river filled Lin up, dropping the field to eight players.

"Sick Turn" Leads to Massive Pot For Negreanu

Level 20 : 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante
Daniel Negreanu
Daniel Negreanu

Daniel Negreanu raised in first position and was called by Joao Vieira to his left and Jason Koon in late position.

The players all checked the {q-Spades}{j-Spades}{3-Hearts} flop, then things got spicy on the {9-Diamonds} turn.

After Negreanu checked, Vieira bet 350,000 which was called by Koon. Negreanu then moved all-in for over two million. Vieira folded, but Koon called.

Daniel Negreanu: {9-Spades}{9-Clubs}
Jason Koon: {k-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}

"Sick turn", said Negreanu as the cards were turned up, showing that the turn gave Negreanu a set, but filled Koon's straight.

Negreanu needed the last nine or a board pair to survive, and the {q-Clubs} on the river was just what the doctor ordered to rocket Negreanu over six million in chips.

Lin Doubles Through Vieira

Level 20 : 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante
Ren Lin
Ren Lin

Ren Lin started things off when he raised to 270,000 from the hijack and was reraised to 625,000 by Ali Imsirovic from the cutoff. Next, Joao Vieira Re-raised to 1.7 million and Lin moved all-in. Then, Imsirovic ducked out of the way and Vieira called the small difference.

It was Ren Lin all-in and at-risk who held {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} versus the {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts} held by Vieira.

The dealer ran out the board of {10-Spades}{k-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} and Lin took it down with one pair of kings and survived his all-in and doubled up.

Joao Vieira Eliminated in 8th Place ($167,153)

Level 20 : 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante
Joao Viera
Joao Viera

Joao Vieira moved all-in for 265,000 from the cutoff and was called by both Jason Koon on the button and Carlos Villamarin in the big blind.

The flop came {5-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}, and Villamarin put out a bet of 200,000, which Koon called.

On the {q-Clubs} turn, Villamarin again bet 200,000, but this time he was raised to 725,000 by Koon.

Villamarin made the call, then quickly checked the {2-Spades} river. Koon checked back and the hands were turned up.

Joao Vieira: {a-Hearts}{4-Hearts}
Carlos Villamarin: {j-Clubs}{5-Spades}
Jason Koon: {a-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}

Vieira's pair of fours were second to Villamarin's pair of fives, which eliminated Vieira and earned a large side pot to push Villamarin's stack back over five million.

Carlos Villamarin
Carlos Villamarin

Stephen Chidwick raised from an early position and was re-raised all-in by next to act Carlos Villamarin. The rest of the table got out of the way and Chidwick called and the two headed to the flop heads-up with Villamarin all-in and at-risk.

It was the {a-Spades}{a-Clubs} held by Chidwick that dominated the {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts} held by Villamarin.

The dealer ran out the board of {9-Hearts}{8-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{9-Spades} and Chidwick's nines full of aces were the winner, which in turn eliminated Villamarin in 7th place for which he took home $214,496 in cash.

Badziakouski Grabs Chip Lead With Massive Pot

Level 21 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Mikita Badziakouski
Mikita Badziakouski

A recent blind versus blind battle has turned into maybe the biggest pot of the tournament, and certainly the biggest for Mikita Badziakouski.

Stephen Chidwick raised in the small blind to 500,000 and Badziakouski called from the big blind.

Chidwick led out for 380,000 on the {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{3-Clubs} flop. Badziakouski called, and the players saw the {k-Spades} fall on the turn.

After using one of his time banks, Chidwick bet 1.3 million, and again Badziakouski called.

The river brought the {8-Spades} and again Chidwick took a full minute before putting out a bet of 1.5 million.

Badziakouski took his time as well, using a couple of time banks before making the call.

Chidwick showed {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}, but his top pair was just pipped by Badziakouski's {a-Spades}{q-Hearts}, earning the Belarussian star a pot that sends his stack over ten million chips.

"C'mon Boss Man!"

Level 22 : 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante
Ren Lin
Ren Lin

Ren Lin's playful table talk has kept the mood light at the final table, and a particular favorite of Lin's to poke fun at is Stephen Chidwick, who he's dubbed "Boss Man"

Recently, Chidwick opened a pot to 575,000 which Lin then three-bet to 1.45 million. Chidwick took some time, then called.

The players saw a flop of {q-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{2-Spades}, and after Chidwick checked to Lin, he broke out his now trademark catchphrase when moving all-in, "no gamble, no future!", and shoved his stack forward to put Chidwick at risk for his last 2.2 million.

Chidwick gave it 90 seconds of thought before folding, eliciting another decree of "touchdown Tom Brady!" from Lin as the chips were pushed his way.

Lin said a seemingly disappointed "c'mon Boss Man", as he stacked Chidwick's chips which have now put him solidly over six million.

Imsirovic Doubles Through Badziakouski

Level 22 : 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante
Ali Imsirovic
Ali Imsirovic

Ali Imsirovic raised to 500,000 from early position. The action folded around to Mikita Badziakouski who moved all-in from the big blind and was snap-called by Imsirovic.

The hands were tabled and it was the {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs} held by Imsirovic that was all-in and at-risk versus the {a-Spades}{8-Clubs} held by Badziakouski.

The dealer ran out the board of {6-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} and things ended as they began, with Insirovic ahead, and he secured a double-up and survived his all-in.

Daniel Negreanu

Ali Imsirovic shoved for 4.8 million from the cutoff and directly behind him, Daniel Negreanu called off for his last 3.6 million on the button. Everyone else folded and hands were revealed.
