Kalas Falls To Jacobson

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Martin Jacobson raised to 8,000 on the button and from the small blind, Kane Kalas moved all-in for 30,000. The big blind folded and Jacobson thought about it briefly before calling and the two hands were tabled.

Kane Kalas: {k-Spades}{q-Diamonds}
Martin Jacobson: {k-Clubs}{8-Clubs}

Kalas was ahead preflop, but on the runout of {j-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{3-Hearts}, it was no good after Jacobson made his flush on the turn. That left Kalas drawing dead and out of the tournament.

Vieira Gets Value; Eliminations

Level 14 : 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

The action was picked up on a river between Joao Vieira and an opponent, with a board reading {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{4-Hearts} and about 63,000 in the middle of the pot.

Vieira bet 52,000 and sent his opponent into the tank. After about 30-seconds his opponent called and Vieira tabled {k-Spades}{7-Spades} for kings full of sevens which was good as his opponent mucked.

At two other tables, Justin Bonomo and Anthony Zinno's seats were seen empty as they had both been eliminated from the tournament.
