Lococo Makes "Sicko" Call-Down

Alejandro Lococo flat-called a middle position open to 240,000 and Denys Prydvor three-bet to 875,000 in the hijack. The initial raiser folded and Lococo called.
Lococo check-called a bet of 525,000 from Prydvor on the 
flop, and also called a bet of 900,000 on the 
turn.
Lococo checked a third time on the 
river and Prydvor checked back. Lococo tabled 
for a pair of sevens to win the pot as Prydvor mucked his hand.
